ArtManager Online Services, LLC was founded by William Abram, President, Pragmatix, Inc. and Robert W. Koo, President, Koo Consulting Group, Inc. It is a full-service organization that provides collectors of fine art and other valuables the software tools needed to manage and preserve their assets.

Founded in 1992, Pragmatix worked in partnership with Koo Consulting to create the first version of ArtManager®. Over the ensuing years, Pragmatix has continued to enhance and improve the product.

For other clients, Pragmatix has implemented a wide range of solutions for such organizations as Bank of America, Fortune Brands, Lexmark, IBM, Reader’s Digest, and Visa. Most of these applications involved software that was, in turn, delivered to the clients' customers — in total more than 10,000 end-users of Pragmatix applications.

Established in 1982 by Robert W. Koo, Koo Consulting is the worldwide leader in inventory documentation and asset management for collectors of fine art and other valuables. Koo Consulting brings a collector's sensibility and sensitivity to the task of documenting, tracking and managing corporate and private collections of fine and decorative arts, antiques, jewelry, manuscripts, oriental rugs, period furniture, wine and other valuables.

For more than 15 years, Koo Consulting has worked in close partnership with its various clients, helped them manage their collections and provided on-going support services for insurance, legal, tax and succession planning issues related to their valuables.
