From Grand Central Terminal in New York City, take Metro North rail service to White Plains (Harlem Line) or Tarrytown (Hudson Line). Cabs are generally available at the stations.

New York State Thruway (South, if crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge; North if crossing the George Washington Bridge) to Exit 8, 287 — Cross Westchester Expressway, to Exit 1, Saw Mill River Parkway North. Get off at Exit 23 — Eastview. At the light at the end of the off-ramp, make a right. Go through "The Landmark at Eastview" until the road curves at the 9A/100 junction. Bear left onto 100 (Grasslands Ave). Proceed two lights to Clearbrook Road. At Clearbrook, make a right. We are located in the first building on the left, first floor.

Cross Westchester Expressway, Route 287, to Exit 3, Sprain Brook Parkway North. One exit to 100C — Eastview. At the light at the end of the off-ramp, make a left onto Grasslands, Rte 100. At the third light make a left onto Clearbrook Road. We are located in the first building on the left, first floor.

Exit from Airport; get onto Route 684 South (cross over 684, the entrance ramp is on the left). Follow the signs for White Plains, Route 287 West, Cross Westchester Expressway. Continue with directions From the East, above.

Exit LaGuardia Airport onto Grand Central Parkway WEST, follow the signs to the Triboro Bridge. Cross the Triboro Bridge (go straight to the toll plaza, DO NOT go in the right lanes to the Manhattan toll plaza). After the toll plaza, bear to the left to get onto 87 North (signs also say 'To George Washington Bridge'.) Take 87 North about 12 miles to Exit 8, Cross Westchester Expressway/White Plains.
